sore back

I hurt my back.
It was a simple little thing really...I turned while I was picking up the kettle to pour myself a cup of tea. I felt a twinge. Then realized...oh, that's going to hurt. Sure enough, about 3 hours later, I'm in a lot of pain. I have a chiro appt. setup for tomorrow, but I'm torn between working tomorrow, and calling in sick. I hate to call in sick for a sore back. I can work...it's just uncomfortable to do so.
Spent the night on the couch watching election results.
