Christmas Eve and we woke up to another blast of winter. 6 more inches of snow on top of the 12 or so that we had from before. That's approx 18 inches or 45 cm of snow. It stopped for a couple of hours around 10:00am, but started again just after noon. Looks like it's going to snow all day too, so it's not over yet.
As a result of the weather, the Christmas festivities tonight have been postponed. We usually have dinner at my parents house. This will be the first time in years and years that I haven't spent Christmas Eve with my family. But I would rather be housebound and safe, then try and drive in all this snow.
