The raccoons had been to the pool last night. You could follow their footprints from the back deck down to the pool area. And then you can see where they went onto the ice in the pool, checked out the containers that we have floating in the pool, went to get a drink, and then (thankfully) you can see their footprints as they left and climbed the fence to the neighbour's yard.
We decided that the stores would be fairly quiet, so we headed out to do some last minute Christmas shopping...
The rest of the day was spent inside, watching the snow fall. It didn't stop. It just snowed all day long.
