We reseeded the part of the lawn that was taken over by weeds last year

while hubby changed out the burner on the BBQ (wait a minute, is he actually reading the instructions!!! Well, I'll be...!!!)
When hubby was cutting lilacs down for me the other day, I asked him to cut an extra couple of branches for the neighbour lady. She's wanted to try and grow her own lilac tree from a cutting. When I went over there today, she gave me this plant to "thank" me...
which I promtly planted in the garden too. Don't know what it is, but it likes full sun apparently. I hope it takes. The little yellow flowers are supposed to grow all summer long.
