I didn't blog all weekend. This seems to be a recurring trend with me now. Most likely because it's getting closer to the summer season, and I end up spending much more time in the garden than I do on the computer. This is probably a good thing. Although I tend to not blog during the weekends as a result.

The weekend was a busy one too. LOTS of gardening/yard work. We spent time at my brother-in-law's helping them install a new toilet in their ensuite. I spent an afternoon with my brother and his family celebrating Nephew #8's first birthday. (Can you believe it's been one year already! And stupid Auntie forgot her camera too!!). I also had time to read, cross-stitch, and even a bit of scrapbooking. (I'll post pics and details later in the week on this).

Also, last night, Snow White and Spot Jr. came to visit.

They belong to my neice, but her family (my brother) are moving, and needed someone to look after the fish for awhile. The family has to be out of the old house at the end of the month, and can’t move into the new house until July, so they are going to stay at my parent’s place in the meantime. So, the fishies came to stay with us for a few weeks.

Both fish seemed to get through the move ok. They looked a little freaked out last night, but survived the night fine. But, this morning, Snow White is acting a little listless and she won’t eat. I don’t know if she’s just being her usual diva self or not…you know how princesses can get. But, I am worried. I think Spot Jr. is worried too.
