Fresh Fraser River Sockeye Salmon!!

Of course, Mom helped me cut it up and vacuum pack it so I could freeze it. Well, she did most of the work. I tried to help, but it really was a one person operation. But, it was fun!

We are freezing most of it, but we did set aside a couple of steaks and one fillet to eat this weekend. Fresh salmon for dinner! mmmmmmmm! I simply can't wait! I kind of wish now that I had ordered a few more!
