It's been a wonderful weekend so far. We had Easter Brunch on Friday morning, and Easter Dinner at my Mom's last night. mmmmm! Turkey!!! with all the fixin's of course! It was so good. I'm glad Mom let me take left overs, because I get turkey dinner again tonight! :-)
I wish every weekend was a 4 day weekend. I'm so relaxed today. Hubby goes back to work tomorrow, but I get tomorrow off, and am going to take full advantage of having the day to myself!
PS -- as a side project, I'm making sourdough bread. Bro-in-law gave me some sourdough starter on Friday. It's kind of a long convoluted process, and I can't wait to pop it in the oven tomorrow! The smell of freshly baked bread in the house always makes me smile.
