Over the phone.
Imagine that! The bank likes to "make things easy" so it was just a matter of telling her what we wanted, and agreeing to the changes, and voila!
New mortgage. Papers to be signed are in the mail. No fuss. No muss. Great rate. Perfect!
Gotta love it.
