fridge woes

We are having problems with our fridge.... again! The freezer part is working fine, but the fridge part is warmer than normal. In fact, we have it cranked up to the highest setting and it's just barely cold enough to keep things from going bad. And it's running on and on and on and on. It hasn't shut off for like 3 days now. I hate to see our electricity bill at the end of all this!
Meanwhile, I left work early today to go look for a new one. A trip to Trail Appliances, and I'm not happy. It turns out that our fridge is smaller than what they usually make now. There were a few to choose from, but they had no white ones! We have to wait over 2 weeks to order one, and there is no guarantee that it will actually come in 2 weeks. It might be longer. *sigh*
We will go out again this weekend to take another look. But, I'm not feeling very optimistic at this time.
