temporary fix

Well, our old fridge finally started to go. The freezer portion was starting to get warm. All the ice cubes were melting, and some fruit started to spoil. So, this is what we picked up today...
It's from Canadian Tire, and it is 4.4 cu feet. It was the largest small fridge we could find, and only cost us $199. It's a temporary fix to our fridge issues. We plugged this one in, and loaded what we could. Then cleaned out the rest of the old fridge. We ended up throwing a lot of stuff out, but that kind of gave us a feeling of "starting over", which isn't so bad. One thing we realized... buying condiments at Costco, when there are just two of you in the house, is not such a good idea. We had a lot of "large" versions of stuff (pickles, mayonnaise, ketchup, etc.) that would not fit into our temporary little fridge, and had been in the old fridge for longer than we cared to admit.
