So, when you have a bunch of bread around, and a bunch of eggs to use up before they go bad, the best thing to do is make a batch of French Toast.
The not so good thing to do, is to make it on the Griddler.
I thought if I put the toast in the Griddler, it would cook both sides at once, thereby eliminating the need to flip all those pieces. It would cook faster, and it would be great.
Well, I didn't have to flip it as much, it didn't really cook any faster than the stove method, but the worst thing was that the French toast came out all flat! No fluffy pieces. All squished together.
And while it still tasted good, I don't think I'll be doing that again.
