Dark!!

I got this bottle of wine for Christmas from my boss.
It's Apothic Dark, Limited Edition... a 2013 California wine... I think it's a blend of reds...

I'm a big fan of Malbec, and this is very similar. But, the one thing I noticed was just how DARK it was. It's like really, really black red dark! Almost like blood. Seriously! Blood!
But it doesn't taste like blood. In fact, it's quite good.
