global warming

Mother Nature turned the heat on again today. At work, I was in AC all day. I was also locked away in meetings all day, and very busy. So, I didn't go out for lunch. And when I left work, it was late, and I walked outside it was warm but I didn't think too much of it. I drove home with the AC blasting, and then walked into the house. I melted! It was so hot! It was 31 C (88 F) in the house, and even warmer outside! The start of a new heat wave. aaaccckkk. Too hot to sleep upstairs, we moved back downstairs. After we "de-spidered" the room first, of course.
I can't wait for this summer to be over. I know it's been fabulous, but it's too warm and dry for me. It's been up to 90 at least once every single week since the end of May. This is so unusual!
