Me Before You

On a whim, I bought an e-book to read in the pool while floating around. Normally, I'm not a big fan of romantic books (while I love romantic movies, I often find the books too mushy and predictable). But, everyone is talking about "Me Before You", probably because it's been made into a movie recently.

It was on sale at kobo.com, so I picked it up. And, it actually surprised me! I really liked it. It was well written, and got me hooked, despite the fact that the storyline was very predictable. I actually bought the sequel "After You" too, hoping it will be as good.
