Work Trip
It was a day of airports, planes, and delays as I jetted off to Houston for a few days for work. Our first plane was delayed for de-icing and re-fueling. Yes, it was snowing in Vancouver when I left. And we missed our connecting flight in Seattle due to the delays. So we got put on another flight, and I got stuck in a middle seat (ugh). And then it was hot!! I went from 30 degrees to 80 degrees in under 8 hours.
Overall, it wasn't as bad as all that. And we went out for a great Mexican dinner after we got settled into the hotel. I also got put on the 28th floor of the hotel, and had a great view of the office...
