Red Snapper

When your brother texts you and offers you a big chunk of fresh red snapper, you (of course) text him back and tell him, Yes! you will take it. We BBQ'd it and it turned out so good that I failed to take a picture before we had eaten most of it...

Combined with fresh grilled zucchini and rice - it was a great meal!
