I decided to start doing Yoga every morning while on vacation. One of the girls at work showed me the "Yoga with Adriene" videos on YouTube. So, I decided to try it.
First, it is a LOT harder than it looks. I originally was going to do the "30 days of Yoga" series of videos, but after the first one, I decided to go to the "Yoga for beginners" section. Because after only a couple of sessions, I am so stiff and sore! I'm going to keep doing it... after only a few days I do see some improvement. But it's been harder than I thought it would be.
