spring has sprung

Last night, DH climbed up on a ladder, reached over the back fence, and cut a few branches off of the neighbour's lilac tree. We then arranged the branches in 2 vases...one is in the living room, and one on the kitchen table.

You can smell the lilacs all over the house now.
It's wonderful.
Feels like spring has finally come.
