monster ain't so friendly

They've changed monster.ca.
It's been awhile since I visited the site. And while I appreciate that things have to be updated, changed, upgraded, and the like....well, I don't like the new format on monster.
It's not as "stupid-user friendly" as it once was.
Or maybe I'm just being too picky.
