I finished this one a few days ago. But I wasn't happy with it. It was the first time I had played around with verigated thread. But, I think that I should have chosen darker colours to offset more of the white in the pattern. Oh well, we know better for next time.

About 15 years ago I was seriously into cross-stitch. I haven't picked it up in years. But, looking at your posts here, makes me miss it. I just don't have enough time for all my hobbies. Now, if only I could workout, watch TV, blog, knit, read, and cross stitch at the same time, I'd be all set. Oh, and maybe pay attention to my hubby and kids, too!
substitute the knitting for scrapbooking, and you've got me.
(tried knitting a few times, and all I ever did was a scarf and a few pot holders):-)
