Yesterday, I received a card in the mail. It was one that I had mailed out to a relative. It was returned because it said the address was incomplete. There was nothing wrong with the address, so I'm not sure why they would have returned it.
The date it was mailed....December 10, 2008. It was a Christmas card. It was returned yesterday. That's what? 138 days! 4 months to decide that the card could not be delivered, and returned to sender. Even though there was nothing wrong with the address!! What a great example of how efficient our post office is. And to think that I mailed our taxes this year. Yikes!!

Saw your comment about tea on thisandthat. I'm the Lady Grey tea lover. Just had to stop by and say hi to a fellow Lady Grey fan. I had a terrible PO experience today too. I went to pick up my in-laws mail (they are out of town). It was lunch time there was a line of 6 people and only one staff member who was working in slow motion. She kept complaining about her co worker who always ditches her at lunch. Ummmm... Can you talk to the supervisor about that? As for our taxes, we always send ours certified with return receipt!
Btw, I'm your newest follower. LOVE your blog!
