The reason? We don't see them where I live. I think they are water towers, and I think they only exist in the southern states. But I could be wrong. The one above is from North Carolina, as is this one from Atlantic Beach...
This one is from Louisiana.
They are never the same. They are different shapes, sizes, and colours. I guess that's what makes them unique to me. And why I always end up taking pictures of them when I travel.
