Vancouver Aquarium

While on the plane coming home from Texas last weekend... I was chatting with the lady sitting across the aisle from me on the plane. She asked, "If there is one place you would recommend to go in Vancouver, what would it be?"
Without hesitation, I said "Stanley Park. In particular, the Aquarium in Stanley Park".
That got me to thinking that I hadn't been there in quite some time. So today, while I'm still on vacation, I decided to take a trip downtown, and go to the aquarium. I had the most wonderful time today!
I think everyone who's been there has a picture of the jellyfish...

And the crocodile exhibit has been in the same place since I was a little girl. I wonder if it's the same crocodiles? How long does a croc live anyways??

The new exhibit was the penguins. South African penguins. First, I didn't know that South Africa had penguins. And second... aren't they cute?!

Of course, it wouldn't be a trip to the aquarium without checking out the belugas!
