Silver Hills Bakery is a local bakery that bakes only sprouted, organic, non-GMO breads.

And, at their bakery in Abbotsford, they sell "seconds". Loaves of bread that were not cut quite right or got squished or something. And the price for the seconds are really cheap! So, while at my Mom's the other day, we drove out to the bakery to get ourselves some cheap bread.
Or, that's what we thought. There were no seconds available. But, I was able to pick up a loaf of bread cheaper than the stores, and even got a free loaf for being my first time at the place. So, while I didn't get a lot of cheap bread, I got a couple of loaves that will keep me busy for a month or so.
