One day, around the beginning of December, I spent most of the weekend running up and down the stairs, and running all over the house. It was the weekend that we put up the Christmas decorations and I spent one day running all over the yard cleaning up the leaves and stuff. In all that, I hurt my foot. I thought it was just because I was on my feet all weekend (something I'm not used to).
But, it continued to get worse and worse. Some days hurting so much by the time I got home from work, that I couldn't do anything.
As it turns out, I have plantar fasciitis. UGH. It's about as bad as it sounds. It's the tendon that runs from the heel to the toes, and it's inflamed and very sore. Very, Very, Very sore.
A trip to my Chiropractor, and he suggested I try insoles in my shoes. He thinks it's a temporary thing, and will get better. But to wear only arch support shoes, and baby my foot as much as possible. So, I got some of those Dr. Scholl inserts. And, I'll wait and see how this goes. But, I'm worried about my trip to Houston in 2 weeks. And worried about how not moving around so much is going to affect the myfitnesspal project.
