My Fitness Pal

I want to start eating healthier and lose weight this year. It's not really a New Year's Resolution. More of I'm-getting-too-old-not-to-do-this type of resolution. I agonized over going back to Weight Watchers, but at $17-$20 a week, it was looking like an expensive option. So, I opted to try My Fitness Pal.com

I've read a few testimonials on imgur.com, where people have lost more than 50-100lbs and the most often way they did it, was counting calories and moving more, and using myfitnesspal.com. I had signed up a few years ago, and have used it off and on since then. But, the goal was to use it continuously for 6 months or more, just to track my progress. So, far so good. It's only been a few days, but I already feel better.
