So, we had some woes with our furnace. We called the furnace guy, and he came and did a "tune up". And the furnace was working fine. But, it's started to act a little funny again. It still works, but the fan keeps turning on and off. So, we've decided to get it rebuild (it's a lot cheaper than having it replaced). We've also decided to replace the hot water tank at the same time. Our current one is 9 years old, and I prefer to have it replaced than wait until it springs a leak. So, I came home today to find a new hot water tank in my garage.

The furnace guy is coming on Monday to do all the work. And while I won't "see" much of a difference, I still like getting new stuff!!
