Living without additives

Finally!
We found a package of bacon that does not contain any nitrites or nitrates! It is made by Greenfield Natural Meat Co.

We found it at Safeway, and it was about the same price as Maple Leaf or any other brand of bacon. And the ingredients? Just:
PORK, WATER, SEA SALT, CANE SUGAR, CULTURED CELERY EXTRACT, SPICE, SMOKE
And the taste? Well, we had tried some "natural" wieners one year, and they were horrible. So my expectations were low, but (surprisingly) this was really good.
