Macrons

I've been reading this book lately (A Paris Year, by Janice MacLeod)

And came across a couple of pages that talk about macrons...

I've never had a macron. At least not a "real" one. So today, I decided to head out to the local "French Bistro" and order myself some real authentic macrons...

OMG, they are so good!
