Google Doodles

Why do they keep changing the Google logo so much? I understand that they occasionally want to honour someone, or note some piece of history or current event. And they do that by creating different Google Doodles. In February during the winter Olympics, there was a different doodle every day of the games. But, it seems lately that the Google logo is more doodles than logo. Except today, we are back to normal again...

Then I saw this on the internet, and laughed...
