rain, rain, (don't) go away

It's raining!!!!
It rained in parts of the city yesterday. But, at home, we didn't get much. Just a sprinkling.
Today....steady rain. And it's supposed to rain all day today. Then, the rest of the week, we are supposed to get periods of rain until the weekend.
All I can say is "Welcome!". Finally, the grass will now come back to life. The plants and trees will start to look more alive (I know I do!). And the fire fighters will get a break with all the forest fires.
Thanks Mother Nature! We needed this!
