new month, new deck

We actually got a couple of sunny days in the forecast.
Which means....the deck guys showed up this morning.
They started by taking off the railing, pulling up the old vinyl, and taking up the sections where the wood was rotten through.

They replaced the wood with new plywood.

And re-vinyled the deck.

They are coming back tomorrow to do the finishing work, and put the railing back.

No more leaky deck!! woohoo!
