A few days ago, I posted about The Wish List. Then, I found this post on Michele's blog from It's a Dog's Life. It's very similar to the Wish List idea, so I thought I would give it a try too...

5. Watched a meteor shower (in my early 20's I had a boyfriend who was a real astronomy nut. I watched a meteor shower with him and his high powered telescope on top of one of the local mountains. It was really cool!)

7. Been to Disneyland (when I was 9)

10. Sang a solo (Can't carry a tune in a bucket!)

13. Watched a thunder and lightning storm (on the patio with my camera....more than a few times)

19. Seen the Mona Lisa in France (I was actually surprised at how small it really was. I was expecting some huge painting!)
20. Slept on an overnight train (on our way from Paris to Switzerland. Half way through, we were woken up by the attendant to show our passports. It was then we found out we were on the wrong car, and headed to Italy instead. He came by at 5:00 in the morning, woke us up again, and put us on the right train. Thank goodness for nice train attendants, even if they don't speak much English!)

22. Hitch hiked (unfortunately yes. In my late teens, early twenties, it was the only way to get home if you missed the last bus. It was either that or walk for an hour or more. Thankfully, nothing bad happened.)

34. Visited the birthplace of your ancestors (was in Sweden and visited my Grandpa's cousins and relatives. Saw the house that my Great-Grandmother grew up in. It was only a 2 room house, and a family of 8 lived there.)

69. Saved a favorite childhood toy (his name is Pinky, and he is the ugliest bear you've ever seen. I've had him since I was 6 months old. He nose has been bitten off, he has very little hair left, there is little evidence that he was once ever pink, and has a big gaping hole in his side that was stitched up by a 6 year old. But I still love him!)

Whew!!! That took awhile.
