Dinner

Tonight's dinner is a strip loin steak marinated in a dry steak spice rub, seared to perfection, and served medium rare. Accompanied by Alaska king snow crab legs, steamed, and topped off with a delicious homemade garlic butter. The side today is steamed BC green beans, grown right here not 20 feet away, and picked fresh this morning. May I also suggest a wonderful Australian Shiraz to go along with your meal? It's light delicate flavour will enhance the flavour of the meat, without overpowering the flavour of the crab legs.
