time zones

I work for a global company. Our company is based in North America, but our "Mother ship" is in Norway. Our customers are scattered all over North America and in the UK. And our servers are somewhere in Europe. As a result, I'm constantly having to convert time zones.
For example: the servers are going down at 18:00 CET. What time is that in PST? Or, wait! we are in PDT now, right?
Ok...Google search...lots of conversion websites, and now I'm even more confused.
Let's start again. CET is GMT +1, and PDT is GMT +8 (or is it +9?). So, if it's 18:00 CET, that would be 17:00 GMT, and then what in PDT?? 1:00am? Maybe it's GMT -8, not +8....
****aaaaaaaccckkkkkkkkk****
This is no way to spend a Monday morning!

There's gotta be a chart with the time zones on it. I've seen ones for North America...I think in the phone book there's one...you just have to remember the charts are written in Standard time. The next question is if that area goes on daylight savings time. Just remember that keeping the brain active keeps you young!!!
