Isn't he romantic?

On September 30th, 2005, he proposed.
On September 30th, 2006, we were married.
On September 30th, every year since, I get flowers.

He always sends me the same arrangement of flowers. Casablanca lillies, white carnations, daisies, and other white flowers. It's the same arrangement we had at our wedding. And I love it!! The smell of the lilies fills the house, and reminds me of our wedding day.
And each year the delivery guy stands there all smiles and asks if I am Mrs. So-and-So, I smile back and say "Yes!", and he says, "Well, these are for you. Enjoy your day".

If I ever win a lottery and win enough money to retire early, I think I want to be a flower delivery person. I think it would be great. Drive around the city, delivering flowers to people and make them happy and smiley. Even when there is a funeral or something, don't people smile just a little when they get flowers? If someone receives flowers, I can't imagine that they are ever thrown back in the delivery person's face. No, I would guess that 99.9% of the flower deliveries one makes are met with smiles, and thanks. And if not, well, I'll just quit. I am a millionaire after all, and don't really have to work.

Ok...back to reality. Flowers! mmmmmm! Love them.

Thanks Hubby! And Happy Anniversary!!!
