taking time to breathe

Wow.... I missed Monday and blogging about Project52, didn't I? It's been a busy few days. Here's a little recap, just until I can catch my breathe and get caught up.

-- I don't like going to the dentist. Yes, my dentist is cute and a really nice guy to boot. And he's a great dentist. But, while that makes it 'easier' to go and see him... I still don't like it.

-- Going through the self service checkout kiosk at Safeway with 142 items (in hindsight) is not such a great idea. But, I was sick, I was tired and I was cranky, and I thought we could go thru the self checkout faster than waiting in line. How wrong I was!! Let's just say, I won't make that mistake twice! And if I forget, I'm sure A will remind me... over and over again.

-- I'm sick again!!! Yup. Flu like symptoms. For a week now. After being sick for two weeks in February, I'm really tired of sniffling, sneezing, coughing, and feeling blah!

-- Finding a new doctor is a long hard process. Mine retired last summer, and I took that as an opportunity to find a new doctor closer to home. But no one is accepting new patients. Earlier this week, I finally found a doctor about 1/2 hour from home that was accepting new patients. I had my first appt with him this week, and it went really well.

-- It's been super busy at work this month. I've closed the most tickets this month than I have in any other month since I started working here. And, I still have 2 more days to go. But, if you count all the time off (the training days, all the sick days, and time off for Drs and dentist appts), well I've really only worked about 3/4 of the month on issues. This explains why I haven't been my usual bloggy self lately.
