Back to School shopping is in full swing around the city (and all over) now. What is it about this time of year? Is it the people in the stores? The smell of pencils, erasers, and plastic binders? Is it the commercials on TV and radio? Why is it that I just want to go out and buy copious quantities of these...

I don't really need to buy a pack of 25 pencils, just because they are so cheap. At least, that's what I have to keep telling myself. To avoid temptation, I think I will avoid the malls for awhile. Today, I worked through lunch.
