Predictions

There was a radio show on the other night that was taking predictions for 2013. Some of them were pretty outrageous (Obama will be shown to be the anti-Christ... Really???). Other predictions were quite reasonable. So, instead of making resolutions this year, I decided to go for some 2013 Predictions instead. At the end of the year, I will post this again to see how many came true...

1) The US will go over the Fiscal Cliff
(as I wrote this, I had no clue that they didn't. So, *buzzer* this is one prediction that won't come true now!)

2) Will and Kate will have a baby girl

3) While Europe will see continued downturns in their economies, Canada's economy will continue to fair well. But our real estate market will continue to take a detour. Not a bubble burst, but a continuation of the market corrections that seem to be happening now in Toronto and Vancouver.

4) The millionaire players, and billionaire owners will fail to make a deal in the NHL lockout.

5) My husband and I will win the jackpot in the 6/49 lottery! (ok... this is may be more of wishful thinking!)

That's all I could come up with so far. But, I may add to the list in the coming days.
