You probably can't read the printing under the photo, but the pic was of her tea drawer. The brightly coloured tins on the left are of Harney and Sons Tea. Now, I love tea. And I happen to love little tins of different colours. In fact, I have a few tins that I keep my favourite teas in. So, when I saw this, I could totally relate. And then I thought that I wouldn't mind trying some of that Harney and Sons Tea.
But, I thought to myself that I had not seen that kind of tea before, and had no idea where I could get it. The States definitely has many more shopping options than we do, so I thought perhaps I woudn't find it anywhere, and I would just have to go without.
Anyways, to make a long story short, I had to go to the Chiropractor yesterday. On my way home, the traffic was really bad, so I decide to hang out at the mall for an hour to wait for traffic to die down. Imagine my surprise when I walked into the Indigo Book store, wandered to the back of the store, and on a shelf I saw this...
Well, I just had to have it. There was a whole selection there, all different flavours...all different colours. But I limited myself to just one. The tea inside...Darjeeling with Citrus and Caramel. Had a cup this morning, and it was mmmmm!
But, wasn't that weird? To see something like that in the morning, only to stumble across it that very afternoon! I can't help but wonder if I hadn't seen her blog if I would have walked right past the tea display without taking any notice.
