Imagine our surprise then, when we realized that the actor who played Frost in the first movie...
also played Lucian in "Underworld"
His name is Michael Sheen. Talk about a versatile actor!! If we hadn't read the credits, I would not have even guessed that these 2 characters were the same actor. Although, now that I know, it would be hard to say I didn't see the similarities.
By the way...If you haven't seen Frost/Nixon yet, you have to. I thought it would be a boring little movie, but it was really very interesting, and extremely well acted.
And the science fiction nut in me loves the Underworld movies. This one is #3 in the series, and is actually the "prequel" to the first 2. And needless to say....I think I'm a bit of a Micheal Sheen fan now.

Wow! Even looking at the pictures it's hard to believe it's the same actor! I'd say he's versatile. Frost/Nixon has been on my list for awhile. Glad to hear you enjoyed it, because like you I was afraid it might be boring.
