Niece #5, whom I haven't seen for a couple of weeks, came running up to me, arms outstretched, big smile on her face...."I've missed you soooo much!!", she said. "And, I can't wait until 2 weeks from now!"
"What's happening in two weeks", I asked (even though I knew what she was referring to).
"That's when the baby comes, and I get to have a sleep over at your house!".
She's only 5 but, she certainly has a way of making me feel special!
Then, she proceeded to show off the fact that she lost a tooth yesterday. Her first one.
Her, and her friend, then talked my ear off about the caterpiller that they "rescued" from a spider's web. "He was going to be eaten by the spider, for sure!", they claimed. "But, we saved him!"
"We gave him some food, and a snail's shell to climb around on. You HAVE to take a picture of him too!"
Meanwhile, it looks like it's going to be a wonderful weekend!
