We spent the day doing "the rounds". We stopped at his mother's, then my mother's, then my Grandmother's. Had a great time visiting with our Mom's today.
For my "Non-Mom's Day" present, (because my husband says that woman like me who are unable to have kids should have a day too), A climbed the ladder and cut a bunch of lilacs off of the neighbour's lilac tree. (It's ok...our neighbour knows we do it, and he doesn't mind.)
