Sad Days

The World hit 50 million cases of Covid 19 today.

The US hit 10 million cases of Covid 19 today.

And Jeopardy host, Alex Trebek, lost his battle with pancreatic cancer and passed away today.

It's been a sad day.

Local Celeb

At the mall today, I saw Mike McCardell. He's a local news celeb...
... and he was interviewing a couple of older ladies who looked absolutely tickled at whatever he was talking to them about.

RIP David Cassidy

A few days ago, it was announced that David Cassidy was in the hospital with organ failure. Today, I got the word (thru Twitter) that he passed away awaiting a liver transplant.
I'm sad to see one of my teenage crushes pass on. He died at only 67. And that makes me feel old.
What was most annoying though was when I mentioned his passing to my co-workers. Two out of the three girls I was speaking to, say "Who's David Cassidy?". *sigh* That makes me feel even older.
